You have 7 working days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us that you do not want to keep the goods. All you have to do is inform us in writing either by emailing us at support@thomasbrownfurnishings.com or by post to Thomas Brown Furnishings Limited, Kinetic Business Centre, Theobold Street, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 4PJ. There is a charge of £100 + VAT for the collection.

What if I wish to cancel my order before delivery?

If, after having placed your stock order, you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel your order at any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after the date the goods are received.

All you have to do is advise us in writing either by emailing us at support@thomasbrownfurnishings.com or by post to Thomas Brown Furnishings Limited, Thomas Brown Furnishings Limited, Kinetic Business Centre, Theobold Street, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 4PJ. Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.

Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £75 + VAT fee to return the goods to our warehouse. If the cancellation is received after attempted delivery there will be a collection charge of £75 + VAT.

What if I wish to cancel my order after delivery?

After we have acknowledged your request, we ask that you do the following to assist with uplift of the goods: Ensure that the furniture is returned in the condition in which it was received. We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse. We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods you wish to return, excluding a collection of the goods charge of £250 + VAT.

If your items are installed via our white glove delivery team then we will not require the items to be packaged for collection. If you have received your item(s) in the original packaging we will request the item(s) to be returned in this packaging. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Collections will be arranged within 30 days of notification. Please be aware our collections are an all day service and we are not able to advise specific delivery times in advance.

A final cancellation notice together with your receipt will be posted to your nominated address. Please note for card refunds it can take up to 7 working days from the date that we process the repayment for your account provider to re-credit you with the amount due.
